Eric Boodman is a fiddler who grew up playing in Québécois sessions in Montreal and came of age in the rich traditional music scene of New England.

Whether performing at concerts and social dances or leading workshops and sessions, his love for old tunes is infectious. He plays with a number of different groups, including his trio with Yann Falquet and Emily Troll, his duo with banjo-player Joel Wennerstrom, the Scandinavian-inflected Triga (Anna Breger and Yaniv Yacoby), and the party band Calico (Casey Murray and Jesse Ball).
